AMENDMENT: 0001

1. Would it be permissible to camp at any of the work locations while removing the fencing?

Yes, they can camp, as long as they are 300’ or less from closest access road or 2 track. If camping all trace of the camp must be removed, (i.e. must dispose of all trash)

2. On page 6 of the SOW, mention is made of photos for Blackgnat, Frodo, and Leon Baird Reservoirs. Are those the same as the jpg's of the reservoir locations, or are there some photos of some portions of fence? I am unable to locate those photos in the package.

Reservoir photos are not the same as res location jpgs. These res photos showing fence sections can be provided upon request.

3. Are the posts driven into the ground, or set in concrete? Does "complete removal" include any concrete, or can wood posts be cut off slightly above ground? Since Point 1 under Environmental Considerations in the SOW indicates that no soil is to be disturbed during any vegetation clearing, would that also indicate that no backfilling should be done if poles are completely removed?

Posts are set in soil not concrete, with exception of tall metal poles used in water gap fencing, these are set in concrete. And either concrete or soil set posts can be cut off at or below ground surface if total removal caused significant soil disturbance. The post holes do not have to be back filled.

4. Point 3 under Environmental Considerations in the SOW indicates that if livestock are present, a temporary barrier should be built in open areas of the fence. While this is unlikely, given the POP, it seems a bit confusing since the fence is being entirely removed. Could I get confirmation that this is ONLY a fence removal project, and there is no new fencing to be installed?

No temporary fencing is necessary, all project work is fence removal.

5. In the SOW, 1.8 A Point 1, reference is made to the Ellis Allotment Fence and it's proximity to the Atlantic City VFD. Does this refer to the other locations as a whole? The location does not seem to match.

Reference to Ellis allotment fence and Atlantic City are not a part of this fence removal project.
