140L6221Q0039 Rawlins Rec Site Cleaning
1. Should the contractor that is awarded this solicitation work around issues like no trash can in Kiosk, missing toilet paper holders, etc.?
The short-term answer is yes - the long-term answer is - we expect the contractor to communicate issues with the COR so that we can make corrections. For example, the missing toilet paper holders were supposed to be installed by summer help. That's something for us to investigate. Some are issues we can get resolved easily and some are not, depending on what resources are needed.
2. Is there a company who currently provides janitorial services to the Rawlins Rec Site? If so, may I ask what was the award amount and for how long?
The current vendor is Louise Stephenson, Total amount of the award is $50,720.00 and was a base year plus four (4) options years for a total of five (5) years.
