This document is an Amendment (001) to a Solicitation for hay delivery to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Delta Wild Horse and Burro (WH&B) Facility. The solicitation (140L5726Q0002) covers the procurement of 350 tons of hay to be delivered between December 2025 and January 31, 2026. Key delivery specifications include: hay can be a mix of 3x4 and 3x3 bales, will be stacked in a barn that can accommodate 8 bales wide by 6 bales high, and will be unloaded using facility equipment (telehandler can move 3 bales, skid steer can move 2 bales at a time). The facility will inspect hay upon delivery, and contractors can submit partial or single final invoices. Unloading equipment will be government-furnished, and any equipment malfunctions will be addressed through discussions or contract modifications.
