Question and Answers

1. Do you have a floor plan showing where the items go or... Do we need to do the "design" and figure out where everything goes?

We have a general plan of where everything goes, will require some design.

2. Can we get a breakdown of how many people in which rooms, like we need

6 people in HR, 4 people in accounting etc. Basically, how many people go in each given area in question so we can do a total headcount on 70.

It is provided in the PFO Office seating. Please see below

3. Also, do you have a preference on the panel heights? Standard height panel?

65-69 inches Mid height panel with some privacy. Low panel with no privacy...

Need to match current furniture, The cubicle walls are 67” tall.

4. Completion is listed as October 1st, 2024. Do you know when the installation is available to start on site?

As soon as the award is made.

5. It also references compatible with current Steelcase product; can we get pictures and details on what exactly they have now? If we can supply similar product in quality and condition as Steelcase, this will be a lot easier, Herman Miller and Haworth are both easier to work with than Steelcase. –

The current furniture pieces are Steelcase and will need to be used to configure the space. Attached are the requested pictures.
