About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation 140L4326Q0042, issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Oregon-Southern Idaho Office Procurement Management Branch on March 24, 2026. The amendment responds to a Request for Information (RFI) and provides clarifications regarding a pavement crack maintenance and repair project with a period of performance from May 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026.

The amendment addresses six RFI inquiries: estimated crack quantity in linear feet per mile, average pavement width, crack types and widths expected, routing requirements versus blow-and-go acceptability, traffic control requirements, and a map of the place of performance. The government response indicates that crack quantity, pavement width, and crack type details are to be determined by the contractor during their assessment. A map with red-highlighted sections showing designated starting and stopping points is attached. All cracks must be thoroughly cleaned of vegetation and debris prior to maintenance work. The contractor is responsible for providing traffic control measures, including two certified flaggers and signage compliant with MUTCD standards. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the original solicitation by completing the form and returning it, acknowledging receipt on each copy of their offer, or submitting a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in offer rejection.
