6) QUESTION: In an email from Wednesday, you mentioned that the amendment was delayed to include more detailed maps. In reviewing the recently added documents on SAM.gov, I have not found any new maps. Is it still a possibility of bidders getting more detailed maps?
ANSWER: We have one map per survey area already posted in Attachments. This is a total of hundreds of individual maps, which would be difficult to share to SAM.gov. However, we would be happy to share a few maps for examples. We have two types of detailed maps: Call
Point maps which show topographic contours, Habitat maps which show an overhead view of the areas. We are able to load these maps onto our phones or tablets in order to navigate in

7) QUESTION: Could you clarify the highlighted part of the response in question 2). How many calling stations require 3 visits in the first month of the survey season?
ANSWER: All of the 118 survey areas require 6 visits. Of those 118 survey areas, up to 8 of the survey areas will need 3 of their total 6 visits completed in the first 4 weeks of the season.
These 8 survey areas contain 50 calling stations.
3 visits, at 50 calling stations, will be a total of 150 calling station visits completed in the first 4 weeks of the season.
8) QUESTION: Item #0010 in the updated Statement of Work has the total number of Activity Center
Searches as 119, in the table provided as response to question 3 the total number of
Sites/Survey Areas is 118. Is the extra Activity
Center Search just a result of on Site/Survey
Area having 2 Activity Center Searches within its boundaries?
ANSWER: We are planning for 118 Activity Center
Searches. 119 Activity Center Searches is incorrect, there will be one fewer activity center search. We will update this in the number of Activity Center Searches in the Schedule of
Items. All quantities listed in the Schedule of
Items are estimates.
