About this file
This document contains responses to questions regarding solicitation number 140L4322Q0125 for invasive weed control services in the Northwest Oregon District of the Bureau of Land Management. The solicitation seeks land treatment services to treat invasive plants on BLM lands in the area. One response clarifies that the solicitation is only for the Northwest Oregon District and not other districts mentioned in earlier documentation. Bidders must thoroughly complete Attachment 10, the Experience Questionnaire, to be considered responsive. While site-specific maps will be provided at the pre-work meeting, a general map of 2022 treatment areas is available at a provided online link.

RFI RESPONSES: A0002, RFQ 140L4322Q0125
INVASIVE WEED CONTROL SERVICES
Amendment 2 responses:
1. Q: I see there is an amendment regarding the maps, but in the synopsis/solicitation attachment, it states that the statement of work includes species in the Lakeview and Klamath Falls District along with sites in the vicinity of those areas as well. Then the statement of work, section C is for the Northwest Oregon District. Is this the correct district/part of the contract?
A: No Lakeview and Klamath Falls District are not part of this contract and this language has been removed from the synopsis/solicitation in addition to map removal via Amendment 1.
2. Q: Do I still have to fill out the experience questionnaire? Or is it ok since it is already on my technical proposal?
A: Attachment 10: EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE shall be thoroughly completed to the best of the respondent’s ability and submitted with the Non-Price Section to be considered responsive.
3. Q: Are you able to provide the new maps for the above-named project before the bid due date?
A: No, the site-specific maps will be provided at the pre-work meeting, but the following link provides a general map of 2022 NOD ATP Invasive Plant Management areas:
