Item # Question Answers

1 Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project?

New Project

2 Will there be a site visit? A site visit is available on April 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. To schedule, please contact Michelle Browning at michellelentebrownin@blm.gov by 10:00 AM Mountain Time on April 8, 2025.

3 Roughly the quantity of material needed from the award through 12/31/2025 and the rough amount next fiscal year?

Per the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Ready-Mix Concrete Purchase Specification Documentation, Part 1- General, 1.2.2 Delivery Schedule:

• BLM estimates 1 to 4 concrete pours per week. BLM may pour any combination of volume per week, including some weeks where no pours will occur.

• BLM pours shall be such that a minimum of 8 cubic yards will be ordered each scheduled pour day.

• The delivery schedule is only tentative, and the government reserves the rights to increase/decrease this schedule.

Per the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Ready-Mix Concrete Purchase Specification Documentation, Part 1- General, 3.1 Accomplishment of Work:

• BLM may pour any combination of volume per week, including some weeks where no pours will occur.

• BLM pours shall be such that a minimum of 8 cubic yards will be ordered each scheduled pour day.

• BLM estimates the quantity up to 700 CY for established contractual period. This is just an estimate and does not guarantee a contractual requirement of a maximum order of 700 CY. Contractor shall only invoice BLM for the actual amount ordered and delivered. Funding shall be loaded but only for draw down purposes for each order, delivery, and invoice.

4 For the Ready-Mix concrete, you would like delivery only, no assistance needed with pouring or mixing, and you only want deliveries for what will be used each day, not one large 700 CY drop. Is this accurate?

Per the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Ready-Mix Concrete Purchase Specification Documentation, Part 1- General, 1.1 Scope of Work:

• These specifications cover requirements for contractor to supply and deliver ready-mix concrete to Santa Cruz Recreation Site in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico.

General, 1.2.2 Delivery Schedule:

• BLM estimates 1 to 4 concrete pours per week. BLM may pour any combination of volume per week, including some weeks where no pours will occur.
