About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Duress System Installation at the Bureau of Land Management's Cottonwood Field Office in Cottonwood, Idaho. The project requires installing a comprehensive security system with three discrete activation buttons (wearable or fixed) that can transmit duress signals via radio frequency, cellular network, or building network infrastructure. The system will route alerts to a central monitoring station or security personnel, who can initiate appropriate emergency responses.

The installation involves approximately four locations requiring strobe and audible alert options, including a detached warehouse 200 feet from the main building. Contractors are advised that head-end equipment will be located in a secure server room, and there is an existing conduit path between buildings, though conduit capacity is uncertain. All proposed products must be on the approved federal government purchase list. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management Idaho Region, with the specific solicitation number 140L2625Q0077, and contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit during the solicitation process.
