About this file

This document is a Site Inspection Tour / Pre-Bid Conference Record related to Solicitation No. 140L2624Q0022 for the POCATELLO ROAD GRADING 2024 project. The project is being conducted by the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management Idaho Region. The pre-bid meeting was held on 06/12/2024 to address questions from potential contractors interested in bidding on the project. Key details include:

The project involves road grading work on multiple roads in the Pocatello, Idaho area. Most of the selected roads do not currently have ditches, and the contractor will not be required to haul off any ditch spoils. Compaction requirements allow for a "walk and roll" approach rather than requiring a roller. The solicitation and award details from the previous year's project are available on SAM.gov. There are no indications of set-asides or pricing terms in this document. Overall, this appears to be a standard pre-bid meeting to provide clarification and answer contractor questions prior to the solicitation closing.
