Period of Performance: 09/29/2023 to 09/30/2028

1) Is there a set schedule as to how often this service will need to be performed? There is no set schedule. In the past pumping has been performed at our request. If a schedule is warranted (due to lower tank capacity) we could come up with a schedule or a list of priorities.

2) Is there a previous incumbent to this award?

If so can you give the contract number? Previous pumping was under an Interagency agreement with the National Park Service (NPS); the agreement has expired and NPS is not interested in continuing.

3) What is the capacity of the vaults? Vaults are 1,000-gallon vaults.

4) What is the projected frequency of pumping for each location? Pumped dry and recharged 1x per season for most locations. Some higher volume locations (specifically Rose's Cabin, Animas

Forks, and Grizzly Gulch) may need pumping 2x per season depending upon demand.

5) What is the quantity of water necessary to recharge a vault? 100 gallons

6) Which locations will require 4-wheel drive equipment? The red circles on the previously shared map: Grizzly Gulch, Rose's Cabin, Mineral

Point, Animas Forks/Lost, Corkscrew, Minnie

Gulch, and Cunningham all require high clearance or 4wd.

7) Does all the locations needs to be pumped, cleaned, recharged, etc.. or just the locations with the vault toilets?? Vault toilets only, septic pumping only. BLM provides annual and deferred maintenance, including 2x weekly cleaning.

8) Are we allowed to send our pricing table with more details about the equipment and tools and product¿ that will be used in this process? Yes, all documents will be submitted with your submission.

9) when would the job start? Is it exactly after 2 weeks after the contract is awarded? ASAP or
