Text version

Q. Can you provide the dimensions of the 10 cu yard dump body?

A. Inside dimensions are 5’8” Wide by 15’ Long by 3’ high but the tank can be taller than the bed. I would say a max of 6’ or 7’ tall.

Also see pictures pasted below on subsequent pages

Q. The specifications request “Manual quick dump mounted on back of tank”Is this the same request as “(1) each 4” outlet at rear center of tank as low as possible.”?

A. No, Quick dump is usually a ~12” by 12” dump ‘valve’ and the 4” outlet is considered a discharge.

Q. The solicitation specifies both a 3” and 2.5” hydrant fill. Please clarify which size is required.

A. 2.5” minimum

Q. “Adjustable stands in the front and rear for loading/unloading” The slide-in tank must be lifted with the (4) lifting eyes to be loaded/unloaded.

A. The tank must have both.
