1 Any chance we can get a map or kmz file with topographical landmarks such as creek names, peak names, or something of the like? So we can find it easier on both google earth and in person?
Amendment 1 provides an additional map. KMZ files cannot be uploaded to SAM.gov.
2 Will partial payments be an option? Payments for material may be authorized by the CO as long as there is supporting documentation of quantities, delivery, etc and early delivery doesn’t damage the material. Also the Schedule of Values on the pay estimate must match. These details are typically discussed after award.
3 Is there any private land blocking access to the fence line?
No.
4 Are their any other approved line post clips? The contractor would have to submit a request for variation or alternate for Government review. The Government is aware of Tincup Creek Fence as a potential source of the clips.
