Project Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement to upgrade and modify an existing HVAC control system, rebalance, and recommission the existing HVAC systems to improve operation.

Architectural work components consist of replacing existing decorative wood ceiling lattice panels and suspended ceiling tiles. Upgrades require replacing the existing Honeywell DDC HVAC control system, including replacement of existing reheat coil and heating coil control valves, control valve actuators, damper actuators, sensors. etc.
