Questions & Answers

1. Question: Is there a reason that two meters are required for installation? If so, could we propose placing both meters on the existing pole? This approach would eliminate the need for installing an additional junction box on the pole.

Answer: We will only be installing one meter. Rocky Mountain Power, the utility company requires us to install one pole for the meter.

2. Question: Could you please let us know if our subcontractor needs to be bonded with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for this project?

Answer: There are no bonding requirements for this work.
