About this file

This document includes a past performance questionnaire template and details of a related federal solicitation. The past performance questionnaire is a four-page template for references to evaluate a contractor's performance on a prior contract. It requests information on the contractor, contract, and reference along with ratings and comments on quality, schedule, pricing, management, and regulatory compliance.

The related federal solicitation seeks plugging and abandonment services for orphaned oil and gas wells on federal lands in Regions 1 and 4 under an IDIQ contract. The Bureau of Land Management will make multiple awards for a one-year base period and four one-year options. The scope includes plugging and abandoning orphaned wells throughout the continental US. Responses are due as outlined in the attached solicitation documents.
