BLM Wild Horse & Burro Program Solicitation No. 140L0124Q0017 – Amendment 3

The following questions were generated during the solicitation phase. The questions and responses are incorporated into the solicitation and resulting contract.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

Ref Question Response Amendment 1 What is the physical address of the drop off in

Hominy, Ok 74035?

Approx: 39 County Road 5340, Hominy, OK 74035;

location is a pasture where tour participants will exit bus upon arrival to view horses up close. Busses will not leave during this time, as participants will reboard busses after some time to return back to parking in Fairfax. This is for both the A.M. and P.M. tours.

2 Confirm passengers will need to be there at 8:30 am for 1st bus and 12:30 pm for second bus.

BLM will check-in passengers beginning one hour before each tour; boarding begins 30 minutes before each departure. Drive time to the tour site is approximately 15 minutes.

3 Are there 55 total passengers for each bus or 55 for 9:00am and 1:00pm?

The actual number of passengers is unknown. Each of the 2 buses must have a capacity for a minimum of 55 passengers. Both buses will make both tours

(9:00 AM & 1:00 PM).

4 Who is the incumbent contractor? There is not an incumbent. 3
