Question BLM Response Are third-party travel management companies allowed to respond to this solicitation?

A third-party company would not be eligible for award under this RFQ. Prime contractors are required to provide a majority of the services required.

Is there an estimate on how many parking spaces are needed?

We do not have an estimate on how many attendees will be utilizing vehicles.

Is there a need for breakout rooms? There is no need for breakout rooms.

Will a hotel-casino be acceptable? Any hotel is acceptable.

Is there a particular address and distance requirement for the hotel outside of the general area of North/Central Las Vegas?

Hotel should be within 10 geographical miles from the Southern Nevada District Office located at 4701 N. Torrey Pines Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89130.

Will guests pay for their own lodging via a government purchase card or will it be paid via a master account and invoiced with the purchase order?

Guests will reserve and pay for their own rooms with the government travel cards.

Will we use the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) or the Wide Area Workflow for invoicing?

The Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) will be utilized for the payment of the conference room.

Will the same guests be lodging for the entire duration, or will there be different guests checking in throughout the three weeks?

Yes.

Are any catering needs requested for quests?

Is complimentary breakfast required? Are refreshments such as coffee, tea, and water needed daily in the meeting rooms?

There are no catering needs required.

Are there any specific setups needed in the meeting room such as conference room style, theater style, etc?

In accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included in the RFQ, the meeting rooms will need to be set up classroom style.

Will a tax-exempt form be provided? A memo proving tax-exempt status will be provided to the awardee upon request.
