VENDOR QUESTION AND ANSWERS
• Question 1: Are guards supposed to be armed or unarmed?
• Answer: unarmed
• Question 2: How many guards at one time are you anticipating one or multiple sites?
• Answer: 1 guard per site- one drill site at a time
• Question 3: Will the drillers work on weekends, or should we anticipate 24-hour coverage on Holidays and weekends?
• Answer: Possible, depending on mission requirements. Security Guards are only required to work 12 hours shifts. Please refer to statement of work page 4.
• Question 4: Will the contractor/Vendor provide the Badging equipment, two-way radios?
• Answer: No, vendors responsibility to supply both items
• Question 5: How many gates are associated with this contract, are there guard shacks and facilities provided?
• Answer: No, areas are in remote locations.
• Question 6: What are the patrol requirements?
• Answer: Guard shall walk the site perimeter hourly and stay on site the entire shift Call 911 for all potential issues.
• Question 7: What are the Vetting contingences?
• Answer: Call 911 for all potential issues.
