01. Could you please tell me if the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted as solicitation number 140G0221R0025 will be a follow-on requirement to any work performed currently or in the past, or will this be a new requirement?
ANSWER: This requirement is not a follow-on requirement to any existing contract/order. This is a new requirement.
02. If possible, can you please provide the most recent contract or task order number?
ANSWER: This requirement is not a follow-on requirement to any existing contract/order. This is a new requirement.
03. When reviewing the solicitation clauses, we noticed that bonds were required, however the estimate for the project is between $25K and $100K. It is our understanding that bonds are only required if the contract price at award is >$150K. Is this correct?

04. We were unable to attend the site visit for this project last week. I just wanted to check with you to see if any amendment will be issued providing information from the site visit.
