140G0124Q0290 Question and Answers Amendment 002

1) Should the boat be 100% non-painted aluminum?

a) Yes, the boat should be bare aluminum.

2) Is a center console required.

a) Yes, we need a console drive.

3) Your amendment 001 calls for a Square Bow. We are not aware of any boats longer that 17 feet that are square bows. If there a current model or type the USGC has currently that we can reference.

a) It may have to be a custom boat.

4) Will the USGC accept a custom-built boat or does it have to be a specific brand.

a) This is not a brand name requirement. The evaluation is lowest price, technically acceptable. The quoted product must meet all specifications listed in the solicitation.
