About this file

This document is a salient characteristics document for a Spectra Geospatial SP90M Global Navigational Satellite System (GNSS) receiver. The key requirements include: Z-Blade technology, ability to track all GNSS satellite constellations, built-in ethernet, WiFi, cellular, and Bluetooth capabilities, operating temperature range of -40C to +65C, IP67 rated housing, and option for external data storage. The receiver must meet specific positioning accuracy standards for real-time DGPS, real-time kinematic, high-precision static, and post-processed kinematic positioning. Required accessories include a Trimble Zephyr 3 Base Geodetic GNSS antenna, compatible li-ion batteries and charger, and various power and data cables.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for one Spectra Geospatial SP90M GNSS receiver to be delivered to the USGS Saint Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center in Florida. The RFQ will be issued on or about July 3, 2024 with quotes due on or about July 10, 2024. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334511. The anticipated award date is August 10, 2024. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote.
