The Contractor must coordinate with technical points of contact at least 7 business days before delivery to schedule appointments between Monday and Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, excluding federal holidays. The Contractor bears full responsibility for providing labor and equipment for unloading, with no Government support provided. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the delivery location by an authorized Government representative per FAR 52.212-4(a), with damaged or nonconforming materials replaced by the Contractor at no additional Government cost.

Specifications:

Below are the sizes of annular, riveted culverts that are needed. They must all be r o u n d 12-gauge aluminized steel (Type 2 meeting ASTM A929 and AASHTO M274).

2. Delivery

All prices shall be FOB Destination and include packaging, transportation, delivery, and unloading at:

Before shipment, the Contractor shall coordinate the delivery date, load configuration, and proposed unloading method with the Technical Points of Contact. The Contractor shall contact the below technical points of contact at least 7 business days before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.

Deliveries may be made during Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, excluding federal holidays.

The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor and equipment necessary to unload the supplies at the designated delivery location. The Government will not provide unloading labor or equipment. The delivery location has no known access or vehicle-length restrictions. The Contractor remains responsible for safely transporting and unloading the culverts.

4. Inspection/Acceptance

Inspection and acceptance will be performed at the delivery location by an authorized Government representative in accordance with FAR 52.212-4(a). All materials shall be new, undamaged, and compliant with the specifications. Damaged or nonconforming materials shall be replaced by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Government.
