Synopsis:
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation Number 140FHR25R0003 Set-Aside for Total Small Business. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to replace the existing HVAC equipment and ancillary equipment in Office Building. The work is located at Winnie Depot, which is at 1035 W Buccaneer Drive, Stowell, Texas 77665. All work will be accomplished in accordance with the specifications.
This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside In accordance with
FAR 19.502-2.
The NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Small Business Size Standard $19.0 million dollars
This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation
This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.
