QnA - RFQ - 140F1G24Q0034 - Water Treatment Controllers

Q1.I just received a response from the Supplier they required some information so we can quote you the best possible price I have attached the snapshot of supplier’s email kindly review it and please advise.

Q2.Questions: Answer if you can What is the application?

Q3.How many chemicals are you using?

Q4.What type of chemicals are you using ?

Q5.Do you prefer Contacting Conductivity or Electrodeless?

Q6.Are you planning on controlling chemical pumps? If so how many? Should be the same as the number of chemicals typically however you may be feeding to multiple locations under certain scenarios.

Q7.Do you need remote communications? This controller has a built-in web server. I recommend connecting it online by Ethernet to a local network or by cellular modem.

Q8.Do any of your chemicals have a dye tracer based on PTSA? We can add a sensor that will automate chemical feed based on PTSA. This is popular right now.

Q9.Are there any other devices, sensors or other situations that you want this controller to look at? We can get creative here. I have one customer that wanted to know every time the door opened to the mechanical room

Technical POC's response to Q1 to Q9:

The Part/Model number for the controller we need is WIN98AAAPACNNDML-NAANNN

We are using the controllers to monitor water quality. We need to have a few probes for basic things like pH, DO, Temp, etc. We do need it to be remote communication capable and we will be connecting it via an ethernet cord. We do not use dye tracers.
