About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a four-year Bulk Road Material Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge. The amendment provides responses to questions submitted by potential vendors, including details on the estimated annual quantities of road base, #57 rock, riprap, and other materials required. It specifies that vendors must be located within 121 miles of the refuge and that quotes should be submitted via email. The pricing structure allows for annual adjustments, with the first 12 months' pricing referenced on the RFQ price worksheet. The period of performance is 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2028. The amendment also clarifies logistics, including stockpile and tailgate spread locations, and truck requirements. The contracting point of contact is Joni Dutcher, and the technical POCs are Barton Rye and Taija Robinson.
