Alpena Fish and Wildlife Microscope Requirements Background: We will be using this microscope to look for presence/absence of green fluorescing rings on the vertebrate of juvenile and adult fish. This scope will be for measuring and imaging larval fish (4-20mm in length). Please provide an itemized list with description of each part and identify where the specifications are met or exceeded.

Microscope Specifications (must meet the following criteria at a minimum):

· 10:1 Stereo Zoom Body Microscope with tilting trinocular head (comparable to Olympus SZX10)

· Zoom with a range of 0.63 to 6.3x

· Fine and course focus unit for the microscope

· Eyepiece with 10x objective

· 1x Apochromat objective, NA 0.10, WD 81mm

· Fluorescence with GFP filter set

· GFP Cube, 470/40x

· “coolLED” LED Fluorescent light source

· LED transmitted light base for enhanced contrast and brightfield imaging and ergonomic ease of use

· 9MP USB based Cooled 4K Digital camera with software with ease of use and measurement

· Include all necessary attachments i.e. power sources and camera connections required to make equipment function.

· Installation and Setup of one microscope at Alpena Fish and Wildlife Office and the other set up at the Jordan River National Fish Hatchery
