A1: Yes, we do. They are attached. Did not have them ready initially.

Q2. • “Mechanically masticate all standing dead and downed cotton wood, and other species if encountered, to ≥ 3” DBH within the units on the attached maps.”

Does this mean that all cotton wood/other species 3” DBH and larger should be treated?

A2: No.

We are looking to masticate ALL dead species (dead/down & dead/standing)

≥ 3” DBH.

Q3. • What is an average size range for the mature growth areas in this project?

Not sure what you are asking. I will attempt to answer.

Average DBH size of targeted trees = 12”

Q4. • Regarding Table 1. Operating Time Restrictions: the month of November is left off of the table, is November allowed in the period of performance?

A4: After discussing with the lead biologist the month of November was accidentally left out. We are clear to perform work in all units for the month of November.
