About this file
This is a Questions and Answers amendment attachment to federal solicitation 140D0426Q0345. The document contains a single question-answer pair addressing clarification regarding AVIS case #00209377 in Section 1 of the Statement of Work.
The question sought clarification on whether the "Lease-Market Study" designation for this case represented an agricultural rent study distinct from market lease rates, and requested a full description of the lease market study product needed, including land use types and intended use. The government response clarified that an integrated market study is not needed for this case. Instead, the contractor must provide market lease rates for each individual tract included in the request. This response indicates that the work scope for AVIS case #00209377 aligns with the other eight cases referenced in the SOW, which all require market lease rate analyses rather than a separate agricultural rent study.
