About this file

This document is an Amendment 1 Questions and Answers (Q&A) for RFQ 140D0425Q0596 for Government Relations Subscription Services for the Peace Corps. The document reveals this is a recompete contract with incumbent CQ Roll Call, Inc. under Order 140D0420P0077. The Peace Corps Office of Congressional Affairs (OCA) and Office of Inspector General (OIG) are seeking subscription services that include real-time scrolling news coverage of congressional events, 24-hour transcription services, and regularly updated contact information for congressional staff. The services will focus on engagement with key committees including Senate Foreign Relations, House Foreign Affairs, Senate Appropriations, and House Appropriations committees, with additional ad-hoc committee interactions. The Peace Corps is interested in social media listening capabilities but is not currently seeking AI capabilities. The subscription will be limited to OCA and OIG users, with no additional Peace Corps departments accommodated.
