Paragraph C22.1
This section states that flight time will be measured from lift-off to touchdown in hours and tenths. However, when entering start and stop times in AIRs, the system automatically calculates flight time to the thousandths.
This discrepancy could result in different total dollar amounts, as the flight times would vary based on the recording method. Should we record flight time to the thousandths to ensure accuracy and maintain consistency in total dollar amounts between AMDs and AURs?
Section C22.1 has been revised.
11 Section A - Pricing and Requirements
Reference Pg. 5 (“Target Aircraft”): This section states that the “target aircraft” is a multi or single engine turbine, pressurized fixed wing aircraft equipped as specified in Section B. If an offeror submits a proposal with aircraft that are not pressurized, but that meet or exceed all other solicitation requirements, will the
Government consider this bid compliant, since the requirement for “pressurized aircraft” is listed only as a
“target” requirement, and not a mission essential requirement? We believe that the requirement for pressurized aircraft is overly restrictive, as this mission can be performed by unpressurized aircraft with no issue
Pressurization is a target. The government will accept a bid for an unpressurized aircraft.
12 Is it acceptable for us to bid the same aircraft in multiple formats (example using higher flight/lower daily vs. lower flight/higher daily) to allow you to decide which format is preferable to you....or are we only able to submit one single bid format per aircraft?
Only one single bid format per aircraft will be reviewed.

Can you please tell me the make/model of the two aircraft Bridger is currently providing? As an example, are they King Air 200s, Twin Commanders, etc.?
The current specifications for the aircraft are provided in the solicitation. The incumbent’s information was provided in the
Pre-Sol Notice posted to SAM on 9/3. Any incumbent’s information that could be provided is included in the Pre-Sol
Notice.
14 In section A2.1 it states "guaranteed-EU Period of 120
Days." And also "guaranteed 150 Flight Hours for the base calendar year and all ordering periods(subject to availability of funds)." In Note 1 of the same page, it states "Only 150 flight hours are guaranteed" So are flight hours and days both guaranteed or only flight hours since the different sections say different information. In the table, item 2A for 2026 the Daily
Availability is only "Estimated 120" Days where as on the table item 1A is "Guaranteed 120" days. Could you please verify which item is correct.
Section A2.1 has been revised. The EU period of 120 days and
150 flight hours are guaranteed for the base year. All subsequent ordering periods are estimated and are subject to the availbility of funds.
