Q&A

1. Are you mandating that we have a presence on site between the hours of 7:30AM-4:30PM or on-call for project/tasks for Solicitation Number: 140D0424Q0347?

Per section 4.0 Work Schedule of the RFQ, the contractor will be required to work a set schedule to accommodate mission needs. This is a full-time position. The work schedule must cover business hours between 7:30 AM and end between 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday except federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility closings. The Contractor must at all times maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this SOW when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons.

2. Should materials be included in the Price Schedule, or will we bill for them after project completion for project/ tasks for Solicitation Number: 140D0424Q0347?

Contractor is required to provide labor only at the worksite

3. What are the specified wages, considering the presence of both codes 52.222-42 and 52.222-55 in the bid packet for project/ tasks for Solicitation Number: 140D0424Q0347?

Applicable Wage Determination 2015-5681 Rev. 19 issued 12/26/2023. Occupation Code 11210 - Laborer, Grounds Maintenance

4. Could you tell us if this contract is being evaluated Best Value Trade-Off or Lowest Price Technically Acceptable? Within the instructions, it looks like only the price (along with the required information) is required. We see within Section 1, Paragraph 15, there is a reference to best terms, but we don’t see any reference to either evaluation method.

This will be a LPTA, the amendment will have the ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Item and ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation—Commercial Item in full text.
