About this file

This document package includes six statements of work outlining appraisal services required by the Department of the Interior for various properties located in Big Horn County, Montana. The appraisal services include determining market value for vacant lots and improved properties to be acquired for the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area. One statement of work also requires separating the contributory value of real property improvements from total appraised value. Appraisals are needed by January 2024 under the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions. Deliverables must be provided digitally within 180 days to the Interior Business Center to assist the National Park Service in its acquisition efforts.
