Solicitation – 140D0423Q1145-A2

Question No. Question Government Response

1 Will military permission be granted to use the dirt road through Fort Irwin to inspect DEVA 151-04? It is not necessary to cross military base property to inspect the property on-the-ground for appraisal purposes. If an on-the-ground inspection of the subject property is not possible, then photographs by the appraiser (or their associate(s) signing the report) looking toward the property from closest proximity to it would suffice for a property inspection. The appraisal should also include an aerial photograph (such as google earth etc.) of the subject, at the most-detailed and zoomed-in-scale available, and with the property boundary outlined.
