About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) amendment for RFQ #140A2326Q0158 concerning Alternate Assessments services for the CAO (Comprehensive Assessment Option). The amendment clarifies six key issues identified in the original solicitation documents.
The Q&A addresses discrepancies in the Statement of Work (SOW) regarding virtual training requirements, clarifying that 6 virtual trainings are required for optional interim assessments (not 8 as stated on one page). The amendment also identifies and corrects duplicate language in Component 1's reporting section, with items G, H, and I struck through as duplicates of items C, D, and E, and item F struck through as a duplicate of the Assessment Reporting Platform section. Component 2 was updated to clarify that weekly one-hour office hours must be provided during the approximate 14 weeks of Helpdesk operations. The government established the base year performance period as October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with four one-year options following identical months and dates. Additionally, the amendment confirms that pricing is required for both the base year and all option years for optional test item customization and optional interim assessments, with pricing locked in per grade and grade span, allowing the government flexibility to increase quantities at the established rates if exercising optional line items.
