2. Is there a guaranteed minimum number of hours under this Labor Hour purchase order?
This is a labor hour type purchase order, with estimated amount of hours.
3. Is funding fully obligated at award for the base year and any option year(s)?
Base year will be fully funded upon award. See Solicitation, page 4 and 5 of 29 regarding option year.
4. Will the estimated 336 summer compensatory education hours be exercised at Government discretion?
336 hours is considered inclusive of the total estimated amount of hours.
