Statement of Work Chemawa Indian School 2023-2024 School Year
I. Purpose:
To provide students with an experience history and government, consider a variety of viewpoints on important current and tribal issues, and build the skills of engaged citizenship.
II. Requirements:
The Contractor shall provide opportunities for students to develop the skills and attitudes to become active citizens in their tribes and communities. While exploring Washington, DC, students will observe government officials and tribal leaders in action as they advocate for issues impacting Indian Country.
Contractor Duties: The Contractor’s role consists of providing guidance and technical assistance in the following areas:
• Provide and facilitate experiential learning activities during the week of April 28, 2024 in Washington, DC
• Provide lodging, transportation to and from airport and meals during this week program
• Travel days will be determined by established Native American program dates (currently estimated at April 27 – May 4, 2024)
III. Duration of the contract and Period of Performance:
A. The Duration of this contract shall be for one year after the date of award.
B. The actual period of performance will be shorter than the duration of the contract and will be scheduled with Administration at Chemawa Indian School during the 2023- 2024 school year.
IV. Pricing:
A. All offers must include all taxes, fees, and surcharges. The award will be a firm-fixed price contract.
