Questions Asked and Governments Response No. 1

1. To post Questions Asked and Governments Response.

A. Questioned Asked:

Line Item 002 L Shaped Computer Desk and Writing Workstation for Home and Office 40” X 20” X 29.5” (L X W X H)

The dimensions seem very small overall can you clarify? 40” one way? and 40” the other direction?

Do you want any drawers or storage?

Should both the units match in colors?

Do you prefer laminate surface or something else?

Does it need mattresses?

Is there installation also?

This solicitation doesn’t give much description of the furniture requested so I had a couple of questions:

1. The beds are two different sizes. Are these to be bunk beds or freestanding?

2. Is there any storage needed under the beds (drawers)?

3. The desk just says “Computer Desk with Workstation”. What size is needed? Does it need drawers or are you just looking for a table desk? vs or something else? Typical small desks like this would be 36w (with drawers min is 42w). Is that the size being requested?

4. Is installation required or would this just be drop shipped to a warehouse location?

B. Governments Response:

Everything that was indicated on the requisition is what's requested.

• There are two different sizes of beds, NO Bunkbeds, NO drawers

• No drawers on the table desk

• Yes, installation is required

• No mattresses are needed

There are only so many footages in each room and would like what was requested. The two different bed sizes are age appropriate for the age groups that are housed in the dorms.

It would be great if both units did match" -The beds and the study table for residential
