About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for weed control services on a Bureau of Indian Affairs reservation. The amendment provides answers to vendor questions to clarify requirements. TERO taxes, which are a percentage of contract costs, are applicable and dependent on the reservation. Diuron 4L herbicide would be acceptable. There is no incumbent contractor from the previous five-year contract that expired in 2019. Access to areas generally does not require keys or married locks but the vendor must coordinate with the project point of contact. Licenses for equipment may be needed if required by tribal, county, state or federal standards. There is no designated staging area or site visit scheduled.
