The marine crane shall be capable of working and supplied with a load chart integrated by 5 degrees heel and 2 degrees trim, harbor conditions, maximum wind speed of 14m/sec.

TELESCOPING AND ARTICULATING MARINE CRANE:

Provide new and unused EFFER Model 110M/3S, or equal. Crane machine must be of heavy duty marine grade, modified truck type cranes are strictly prohibited.

The crane shall self-contained and shall fit on movable crane base described below. The movable crane base shall include all ancillaries such as controls/control station, crane, hydraulics power pack/winch system, cable drum suitable for 60 meters of cable, etc.

Self-contained foldable knuckle boom shall be a maximum of 6750 lbs (3062 kg), +500 lbs (226 kg).

Crane shall have minimum of 10.0 meter hydraulic reach.

Crane shall have option to add mechanical extension(s) to allow a minimum of

1.9 meters extension capability.

Minimum crane lifting capacities. The crane shall have the following capacities at the referenced radius, measured from the center of rotation (to hook), whilst the main boom elevation as noted below, and the telescoping booms are at horizontal. An 8 ton load hook shall be supplied for connection to the boom tip. All weights and dimension are rounded.

Weights are plus/minus 15 lbs. and all lengths are plus/minus 3 inches.

0o (Zero degrees) Boom Elevation 25o (25 degrees) Boom Elevation

4,590 lbs. @ 14'-6" 4,030 lbs. @ 14'-6"

3030 lbs. @ 20'-8" 2,600 lbs. @ 20'-8"

2200 lbs. @ 27'-0" 1,890 lbs. @ 27'-0"

1710 lbs. @ 33'-7" 1,470 lbs. @ 33'-7"

Slewing system. The crane shall provide a double rack and pinion system for slewing, with a minimum slewing moment of 32 kN-m.

PAGE 4 OF 21 1333MK18QNMAN0021

Control system. The main control bank shall be pedestal type stand-up type, with all controls mounted remotely from the crane base on the movable base. The controls shall return to neutral whenever disengaged. The controls shall have a weather resistant cover fabricated from stainless steel. Shall employ extension cylinders that sequence in an outward fashion.

Crane power requirements – Crane shall be suitable for 450-480 VAC, three phase, 60 hertz power.

Radio remote controls system: Provide a Scanreco radio remote control system or equal. The remote control system shall be factory installed. It shall be a fully proportional, 5 function remote which allows for simultaneous operations of all crane functions and the hydraulic winch. The radio controller shall be light weight. It shall be activated by an electric diverter switch located at the stand up control system. Two interchangeable batteries shall be supplied, an addition to 50 feet of direct power cable for emergency use. The controller shall employ an adjustable camera style neck strap.

Load limiting device. The crane shall have a load moment limiting device, with an audible warning alarm and an emergency stop button.

Hydraulic winch system. Provide and install under the second boom, a 1.5 MT hydraulic winch system consisting of non-rotating galvanized wire rope, down haul weight, single part line sheave, and a load hook. Provide an end stroke device which blocks over-spooling of the rope.

Hydraulic power pack system. Provide an 18.5 kW electro-hydraulic power pack unit for installation underdeck. It shall include an electric motor 4P-B5-3hp-400V- 60Hz- IP56-F-IE2, fixed displacement piston pump, oil cooler, oil reservoir, visual oil level indicator with thermometer pressure gauge, pressure filter, and a 24V transformer. The hydraulic system shall be compatible with ester based hydraulic oils. The HPU shall be painted with high grade marine painting cycle with cataphoresis, RAL code 1014. Shall have an English language use and maintenance manual.

Cable/Wire and spool: Crane shall be supplied with a spool that can support a minimum of 60 meters of cable/wire. The crane shall be supplied with 180 feet of cable/wire rated for a minimum 125% of the highest rated load.

Important marine applications: The main parts of the crane shall be painted with high grade marine painting cycle with Cataphoresis, RAL code 1014. Cataphoresis is a surface treatment able to give crane steel components considerable corrosion resistance. It is an electrolytic process involving complete immersion of the piece: it allows uniform surface covering with the resin. All parts of the treated piece shall be covered, providing high protection against chemical agents and rust, reaching an oxidation resistance equivalent to 500 hours in saline fog. The process is completed with a coat of color paint.

The extension cylinders and slewing system shall be painted in black.

Geomet plating or equal: The fixing components (screws and bolts) are protected from atmospheric agents and rust through a water-based liquid coating containing inorganic metals (zinc and aluminum), named Geomet. The process shall conform to RoHS directive and guarantees resistance to oxidation in saline fog for over 500 hours. Components shall protected on all sides from corrosion and the presence of zinc and aluminum allows self-

PAGE 5 OF 21 1333MK18QNMAN0021

regeneration of damaged areas and shall be at a microscopic level. All fixing components shall provide high mechanical resistance, and shall be treated with Geomet 321, in that the absence of hydrogen avoids weakening, critical for applications in aggressive environments.

Coating treatments, continued: All parts of the crane shall be protected from rust by a 3-layer coat (organic zincprimer, intermediate epoxypolyamidic, polyacrylic varnish) for a total thickness of 270 microns.

Microfissure chrome plating: Through the electrolytic action, the cylinders stems shall be coated with several layers of chrome to a thickness of 100 microns and shall provide resistance in saline fog up to 260 hours, in accordance with ASTM B537.

Hoses and fittings, marine applications. All pipes and relevant fittings shall be delivered in stainless steel AISI 316L. Bolts and screws shall be either stainless steel or protected with Geomet plating. All hoses end fittings shall be protected with heat shrunk shroud. Hoses shall be highly weather resistant. All articulating pins shall be protected with Geomet plating, and ride on bronze bushing. The second boom cylinder shall be in Nikron plating.

Movable crane base: Provide an all steel moveable crane base for mounting on the deck. Base shall be fabricated and sufficient to absorb all possible lifting conditions. The base shall be fabricated to the allowable base structure stress per ABS lifting appliance guide. The base shall be size to house all equipment and components to operate the 110M 3S crane or equal. Material Preservation: Blast to SSPC 6 requirements, 4.25 Mils Wet of P/N 256406

Amercoat 68, 4.8-9.6 Mils Wet of P/N 256407, Amerlock 400, 3.3-7.7 Mils Wet of Polysiloxane.

Commissioning and delivery: The crane machine shall be final bench load tested by the manufacturer. Contractor shall provide a technician to be present in Pascagoula, MS. for on-site commissioning. The Installation Contractor shall schedule a representative to travel to the installation area to oversee final electric and hydraulic terminations, startup, and commissioning of the crane. The Contractor and/or OEM representative after commissioning shall ensure all scheduled maintenance and consumables are new in the crane. The crane and HPU shall be delivered to final destination not later than 10-12 weeks from receipt of order (ROO). Delivery location is Pascagoula, Mississippi.

Warranty: The crane shall include a minimum 1-year warranty from time of installation and commissioning. Note the vessel schedule and installation cannot be confirmed at time of award. Based on ROO date installation can be scheduled. Time frame is estimated to be first quarter of 2019.

Spare Part and consumables: The contractor shall provide list of recommended spare parts and associated costs. The crane shall be provided with one years’ worth of consumables spares.
