About this file

This amendment provides responses to contractor questions regarding a solicitation for financial advisory and capital markets services to support the CHIPS Program Office. The amendment extends the proposal due date to May 16, 2023 at 3:30 PM Eastern Time. It also modifies pricing terms to request a firm fixed monthly price for the base period of 12 months and a six-month option period. Resumes submitted for the staffing plan factor are excluded from the 25-page technical proposal limit. The National Institute of Standards and Technology will make a single award of an anticipated firm fixed price contract for these services to support evaluation of applications for CHIPS+ incentives and negotiation of resulting transactions.
