Solicitation for a LPCVD Furnace Process Tube

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division intends to procure a replacement Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition (LPCVD) vacuum process tube used in the CNST NanoFab Low Temperature Oxide deposition system.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The CNST NanoFab has a need for a replacement quartzware used in the CNST NanoFab Low Temperature Oxide deposition systems. The deposition systems provide users with the ability to deposit high quality films on a variety of substrates.
