About this file
This is Standard Form 30 Amendment No. 0001 to Solicitation 1333MF26Q0101, issued by NMFS Field Delegates on September 5, 2026, with an effective date of September 5, 2026. The amendment is not extended and addresses nine questions and answers received regarding the solicitation.
The amendment clarifies key procurement details for chiller maintenance and repair services. The equipment is confirmed as a Trane model CGAM026A2A with serial number U23K02675. Regarding pricing and scope, replacement parts, rebuilt components, upgraded components, refrigerant, and major repairs requested after diagnosis are all included in the annual firm-fixed-price CLINs, with emergency repair allowances also included in the total firm-fixed price. The amendment permits subcontracting of Trane-certified technicians, with all subcontractors to be identified by name at time of offer. Invoicing will be processed in arrears for services rendered within the scope of work, with quarterly invoicing noted as potentially not applicable. Additional clarifications specify that site visits are available per the SF18 solicitation document, insurance and facility access requirements are detailed in Section III and RFO 52.237-2, and no wage determination will apply as service contract labor standards are not applicable. The amendment confirms that amendments will be processed as needed to provide current information.
