Questions and Answers

● Question: Will the selected provider create this training entirely, or is there an existing training program that you currently use and require facilitation for?

○ Answer: There is no existing training currently in use. The offeror will have a peer reviewed asynchronous product ready to deliver to the federal government within 5 days of award which does not require facilitation.

● Question: It appears the training needs to be compatible with or integrated into your Learning Management System (LMS) for employee access. Is this understanding, correct? Answer: Correct.

○ Question: Is there someone from your department that would assist with this integration?

■ Answer: The requirement is to deliver a Supplier Quality Requirements Manual (SCORM) file format electronic files. A person from our office will be available during the initial implementation phase to ensure smooth setup within the learning management systems.

● Question: Will this training be conducted live (virtually) or will it be created and provided to your department to be hosted in the LMS for employees to complete within a designated time frame.

■ Response: The training will be delivered as an asynchronous computer based training within our LMS.

● Question: The offeror must demonstrate the training was peer reviewed by experts in the field of Psychology or Occupational Medicine and provide the published journal reference(s) within the proposal.

○ Response: It is a requirement that the resulting peer review and outcomes validation of the course itself has been published in a journal.

● Question: Can this training be a new product designed for this program, including evidence-based training and assessments? Or are you asking for a program that has already been on the market with feedback?

○ The offeror will have a peer reviewed asynchronous product ready to deliver to the federal government within 5 days of award.

● Question: Is this an interactive product that will include coaching and support for the leaders who take the online program? Or is this a program that is delivered once without interaction/feedback?

○ The offeror will have a peer reviewed asynchronous interactive product that does not provide live coaching or additional support in or outside of the 1 hour training.

● Question: Is there an incumbent? If so, can you provide the contract information?

○ There is not an incumbent.
