Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 1305M324R0061 is issued:

A. Extending the solicitation due date from June 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM, Pacific Time, to June 13, 2024 at

2:00 PM, Pacific Time.

B. Questions and Answers:

Q1. We are writing to request clarification on the expected number of fills per month to reach the targets of 25,000 gallons per year and same thing for the 5,000 gallons.

A1. We average 1 fill per month but it's dependent on usage. The 5,000 gallons is an additional not-to-exceed in case we utilize the 25,000 gallons.

Q2. Confirm the start date for first delivery.

A2. Delivery Start Date is July 3, 2024.

Q3. Can we substitute Dyed ULSD diesel fuel for Low Sulfur #2-Diesel Heating Oil?

A3. No substitution is allowed. Low Sulfur #2-Diesel Heating Oil is used and will not accept anything else. We understand they are used interchangeably, but we do not want to potentially damage the equipment.

Q4. Can a truck be used to make the delivery instead of a boat? Why a boat?

A4. We did not mention a “boat” in the Statement of Work (SOW). Oil is always trucked in.

Q5. Is there an incumbent? What contract award amount / number?

A5. Yes. Contract 1305M323PNFFM0297.

Q6. What price was it last purchased for per gallon?

A6. It was purchased at OPIS Index, plus additional mark-up. See SOW, Section VII – Pricing

Method for additional information.

C. Questions on solicitation is closed today, June 6, 2024. No more questions will be answered.

D. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
