About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) related to a federal contract opportunity for resurfacing a parking lot for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) office in Miami, Florida.
The SOW outlines the contractor's responsibilities, including completing the resurfacing work within 120 days of contract award, repairing any damage to the premises, and applying painted pavement markings per local guidelines. The related federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number 1305M324Q0405, is a Firm Fixed-Price construction project with a total small business set-aside. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The evaluation criteria prioritize the offeror's technical approach, capability, experience, and past performance, with price being less important. A site visit is highly recommended but not required. Offerors must submit quotes, past performance information, and other compliance documents by the due date.
