About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for HVAC maintenance services for the National Weather Service offices in Honolulu, Lihue, and Kahului, Hawaii. The amendment attaches the Statement of Work that was previously missing from the original RFQ.
The RFQ is for a five-year contract with a base year and four option years to provide monthly and quarterly preventative maintenance services for the air conditioning units at the three locations. The work includes inspecting and replacing filters, lubricating, cleaning, and checking the condition of the equipment. The contractor must be experienced in HVAC maintenance and have certified technicians. The contract is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 811310. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM MST on August 23, 2024, and the contract will be awarded on a best value trade-off basis considering technical approach, experience, past performance, and price.
