This document is an amendment to a federal solicitation for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) preventative maintenance and repair services at a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration facility in La Jolla, California. The amendment reopens the solicitation with a new proposal submission deadline of June 9, 2023 and clarifies technical proposal requirements. It incorporates not-to-exceed amounts for various contract line items and adjusts the period of performance for base and option years to reflect a new start date of June 26, 2023. Offerors are required to submit technical and price proposals separately by the new deadline following the instructions and evaluation criteria provided in the amendment. The services include preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and performance of additional tasks over a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
