This is a Questions and Answers document for RFP 1305M225R0003 for Visibility and Present Weather Sensors issued by NOAA. The Q&A clarifies that the sensors must meet specific siting requirements from FCM-S4-2019 (paragraphs 2.4, 2.8, and 2.9), and must interface with a Campbell Scientific CR1000X data logger. The sensors will be installed at existing ASOS (Automated Surface Observing System) locations, primarily at airports and non-hazardous areas where explosions are not expected.

The document confirms that all deliveries will be made to the National Logistics Support Center in Grandview, MO as FOB destination, with shipping costs to be included in the unit price. Pricing must be submitted in whole U.S. dollars using Attachment D format. The RFP closing date has been extended to January 31st through Amendment 1.
