QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. Other than SAM registration, do we need to respond in any other way to be eligible to propose?
Answer: No. This is simply informing any interested party that a solicitation is coming to garner the greatest number of prospective offers.
2. Is there any possibility the RFP will come out earlier than November 29, 2024?
Answer: The date provided is a tentative date and relies on final internal solicitation approval to be published. The expectation that it would be published earlier is unlikely.
3. Can you say how much time after release of the RFP we’ll have to prepare and submit the proposal?
Answer: Depending on the RFP release date, the Government will allow for 30 days for any offerors to respond. This will be reasonably extended based on any holidays to encourage maximum participation of any and all interested parties.
